I used to hit snooze five times before crawling out of bed, groggy and already behind on my day. Now, my mornings are my favorite part of the day — and it’s all thanks to five small changes.
First, I started waking up 30 minutes earlier to give myself time before the world demands my attention. I drink a glass of water immediately to hydrate my body after hours of sleep. Next comes a short stretching session to wake up my muscles, followed by a quick journaling practice to clear my mind. Lastly, I read for just 10 minutes — often something inspiring or educational.
These small, consistent actions have given me more energy, less stress, and better focus throughout the day. It turns out, the way you start your morning sets the tone for everything else.
