How to avoid stress when looking for Jobs
My guide to success
A wise man once said to me “Experience has a huge effect on one’s mental health”.
Truly it does, experience helps shape your opinions, ideas, likes, dislikes and every other emotion there is.
A proverb said it “Once bitten, twice shy”; this proverb implies that if something hurts you once, you won’t be willing to try it again except when necessary.
It is not your fault, it is the mentality that we all grew up with.
Majority of us believe that anything that hurts is not worth fighting for.
And I’m not talking about materialistic things,
I’m talking about life experiences like sad moments, defeated moments etc.
At these moments, we tend to lose hope and give up.
Because we think we can’t be better,
Especially when we have gone through it, more than once.
Then it becomes even more tiring and starts to get worse.
But rather, these moments should encourage us to start again and believe in our abilities.
Just like we have this experiences in our daily activities,
We have them at our career paths too.
You might have been searching for job for years and still not gotten a chance.
You feel pressured and want to do anything, even jobs that are beneath you, just to earn a living.
