What is Career2Founder?
Career2Founder is a career development pathway built to help you land your next role and build the experience to become a founder yourself. It includes a digital resource bundle (Career2Founder OS), a 5-week coaching program, and a 1-year mentorship for graduates.
What's the difference between Career2Founder OS and the Program?
Career2Founder OS is a self-serve digital resource bundle, templates, checklists, and guides you can start using immediately. The Program is a full 5-week system covering all 5 systems, Clarity, Visibility, Proof, Conversion, and Founder, with live sessions and group support included.
Do I need to complete the OS before joining the Program?
No, you can join the Program directly. The OS resources are also included as part of the Program.
How is the Program delivered?
The Program is self-paced, so you move at your own speed, with live sessions and a support group chat along the way for real-time help.
Do I have to complete the Program before starting Mentorship?
Yes. Completing the Program, including your capstone project, is what qualifies you for the 1-year Mentorship.
What does the 1-year Mentorship include?
1:1 coaching sessions, quarterly group calls, and done-for-you job application support, where our team applies to relevant roles on your behalf.
Will this work for my industry or experience level?
Yes, across every industry and experience level, from entry-level to executive. The principles don't change, only your specifics do.
What's the refund policy?
- For Career2Founder OS: No refunds. These resources took years of compilation and are worth far more than the price. We kept the price low so it's accessible, we want you to treasure and use it, not just download it.
- For the Program: If you successfully complete the Program and don't find it useful, we'll happily refund you.
Is there a guarantee for Mentorship?
Yes. If you complete the Program and show up for Mentorship and don't see real progress in your career, we'll make it right.
Is Career2Founder updated over time?
Yes. The resources and program content are continuously updated in real time, so what you get stays relevant even years after purchase.
Startup Growth
What is Startup Growth?
Startup Growth helps B2B or B2C software and AI startup founders fix the specific bottlenecks capping their growth, across 5 areas: Judgement, Acquisition, Activation, Monetization, and Retention.
Who is this for?
Founders who already have paying customers but are hitting scaling challenges. This isn't built for pre-revenue startups still validating an idea.
What's the Startup Growth Assessment?
A free, 15-question diagnostic that identifies which of the 5 growth bottlenecks is most urgently capping your growth. Results are emailed directly to you.
Is the assessment a sales pitch?
No, it's a diagnostic tool. If your results show you're a fit, you'll have the option to book a free Growth Strategy Audit call to go deeper.
What is Growth OS?
A 4-week, 1:1 engagement where we build a custom growth strategy for your specific bottleneck. The process runs Week 1, Diagnose, Week 2, Build, Week 3, Handoff, Week 4, Execution Readiness.
Do you implement the strategy for me?
No. We design the system, you implement it. Week 4 is dedicated specifically to making sure you know exactly how to run with what's been built.
How is this different from hiring a growth agency?
Agencies typically run $5,000 or more per month with 3 to 6 month minimums, and often manage execution for you. Growth OS is a one-time, 4-week engagement where you get a custom-built strategy and implement it with your own team.
What if Growth OS isn't the right fit for my business?
Week 1 is the Diagnose phase. If it becomes clear this isn't the right engagement for where your business actually is, that gets addressed directly before moving into the build.
What's included in Startup Growth Advisory?
Ongoing support after Growth OS, quarterly group calls, community group chat access, and continued strategy support as new bottlenecks come up while you scale.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If your Growth OS engagement doesn't produce a clear, specific strategy for your business, we'll keep working with you until it does, at no extra cost.
What happens at the physical events?
The Startup Growth Room and Startup Growth Conference bring founders together in person for deeper strategy work and connection with others scaling alongside them. A ticket fee applies, and virtual access is free for Growth OS graduates.
